Do you have a call out charge?

No, we charge by the hour so no call out fees to pay here

Do you offer finance?

Yes, we offer a 0% and 12.9% APR

Do you do small jobs?

Yes, from a tap washer to a full electrical rewire 

Do you tidy up after completing a job?

Yes we carry plastic sheeting for all your floors, our vans all have vacuums along with cleaning equipment within as standard. We leave your property just as we found it

Is your work guaranteed?

Absolutely!, all our workmanship is guaranteed indefinitely, all parts carry the respective manufacturer warranties.

Do you offer a reminder service?

Yes we offer reminders for servicing, CP-12's, electrical inspections and many more

Are you available out of hours?

We offer a 24hour call centre service

Do you have insurance?

Yes, all our work is covered by insurance to the value of £5million

Do you install carbon monoxide alarms?

Yes our vans have stocks of CO alarms as standard. We also supply WiFi enabled 10 year CO alarms completely FREE with EVERY boiler installation

Are your boiler warranties fully covered by the manufacturers?

Yes as accredited installers for Worcester Bosch, Valliant and Vokera all our warranties are fully covered by the manufacturers.

How long does a boiler installation take?

A standard combi boiler replacement takes one day whereas a system swap to a combi boiler usually takes up to 2 days

How do I register my warranty?

You don't need to, we do this for you. It's all part of our installation process, we register your boiler with the manufacturer and the local authority
