14 days or more* – 100% deposit returned
7 – 13 days* – 80% deposit returned
3 – 6 day* – 50% deposit returned
Less than 2 days* notice –  Zero deposit returned

If you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment/survey please let us know 24 hours prior; Failure to do so will result in a £25 charge.
